CL Morris is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Credential Provider Trainer for Approved Clinical Supervisors, holding the coveted "S" designation in Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi. She is also licensed in Alaska. She is EMDR Certified and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. With extensive expertise in clinical supervision, CL Morris plays a crucial role in preparing and certifying future clinical supervisors, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality, ethical supervision to supervisees.

As a trainer, CL Morris delivers a robust supervision training program for Louisiana that includes over 25 CE clock hours, recognized by the Louisiana Counseling Association.

CL Morris developed the "Becoming a Clinical Supervisor" curriculum, which is approved by the Center for Counseling Education. This comprehensive, self-paced course offers 45 CE hours, including a dedicated 6-hour ethics component. Participants benefit from the course's flexibility, while also receiving continuous support through live interaction with the trainer. This ensures personalized guidance and a dynamic learning experience throughout the program.

With a deep commitment to ethical standards, multicultural awareness, and evidence-based supervision practices, CL Morris is dedicated to advancing the profession by shaping competent and effective clinical supervisors across multiple states.

CL Morris, an alumnus of Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation and Disability Services and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, having graduated twice from the institution.
